  Power meter device for cyclists Intensity load monitoring in cycling has changed in recent years. Previously, cyclists were limited to heart rate and speed monitoring, but the introduction of power meters, which measure the power output, has improved the analysis of cycling performance. Power output measurements are not affected by wind, gradient of the road or natural biological variation, and as a result, power meters have become an important training tool in cycling. Traditionally, power has been measured at the crankset, which is also the employed method by the most used power meter device, SRM. That is why, A power meter device was developed by placing a PolyPower force sensor in between two aluminium plates. The device was mounted in between a cycling shoe and cleat and was compared to a Monark ergometer.  Aalborg Theater It is the main theater in Aalborg, Denmark. Built in 1878, it was subsequently modified by Julius Petersen and was remodeled in 2000. Aalborg is cool most of the year, with average high temperatures of around 20°C and lows of 11°C during the summer. Average temperatures of -3 to 2°C during the coldest months of January and February; July and August, with average temperature of 16°C. Closely followed by May and July.Precipitation is rather evenly distributed all year around, with an average of 76 mm (3 in) during October, normally the wettest month with an average 14 days with rainfall, and an average of 35 mm (1 in) during February.

Social environment Aalborg is a small and compact city.  It feels safe and friendly. The centre's  main component, the Aalborg Hall, can  be divided into sections. The complex  also contains a hotel, restaurant,  bowling alley, and a number of meeting rooms. Today Aalborg is one of the most important cities in Northern Jutland (Nordjylland). It is known that the first settlement in Aalborg dates back to 700 AD. One of the most important aspects in Aalborg and that makes it one of the most important centers, not only of the Country of Denmark, but of commerce, is the fact that it is the closest point to the Limfjord. Even though the first settlement dates back to 700 AD. The name itself of Aalborg was first made known in the 11th century, the first written mention was in the year 1040, but with a different name, “Alabu” (the place by the stream). During the Middle Ages Aalborg was one of the most important trading posts in all of Scandinavia, it is not surprising that with that mercantile power Aalborg would gradually grow and so it was, in 1516 Aalborg was granted all control and administration of the products that entered through the Limfjord and that is how Aalborg grew until it became one of the most important cities in all of Scandinav
